When you arrive

Please aim to arrive around five minutes before your treatment time rather than arriving early.

On arrival, look to the right of the main front door for the light grey intercom box with a dark grey border. It sits above the main panel listing the office numbers. Find the small Essential Osteopathy label and press the button immediately beside it. Please allow a short moment for me to answer and release the door.

Access information

Please note that there is no lift in the building and the Essential Osteopathy clinic room is on the first floor. The clinic is therefore not wheelchair accessible and buggies or prams cannot be taken upstairs.

If possible please avoid bringing a buggy or pram. If you do need to bring one please leave it on the ground floor to the right of the stairs tucked well in and clear of access.

Parking and public transport

There is plenty of metered on-street parking on Berkeley Street and parking is also available in the surrounding streets.

By train:
Charing Cross railway station is around a five-minute walk from the clinic.

By Subway:
St George’s Cross Subway station is around a ten-minute walk away.

By bus:
Several bus services stop very close to the clinic. The 4, 4A, 15, X76 and X77 stop around Charing Cross and the 3 and 77 stop around Granville Street. Both are only a short walk from 48 Berkeley Street.
