Follow-up treatment (babies and adults, 45 minutes): £56

Initial consultation and treatment (babies and adults, 1 hour): £68

Combined follow-up treatment (adults, 1 hour): £74

Payment

Payment is taken by contactless card payment only. Card details are entered securely online when you book your first appointment or if your card has expired. Payments are processed using the Stripe system and are taken after the appointment has completed or in line with the cancellation policy. Cash payments are not accepted.

If you are claiming through private health insurance, payment is still required at the end of each appointment. Reimbursement is arranged directly between you and your insurer.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the clinic day that could otherwise have been offered to another patient.

For this reason, 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Appointment availability

Monday: 1.00 pm – 7.30 pm

Tuesday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

Wednesday: 1.00 pm – 8.00 pm

Thursday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
