Essential Osteopathy is located at:

When you arrive

Please aim to arrive around five minutes before your treatment time rather than arriving early.

On arrival press the Essential Osteopathy button on the small silver intercom to the right of the main front door. It is above the main panel with the office numbers and has a small Essential Osteopathy label beside the button. Please allow a short moment for me to answer and release the door.

Once inside please wait in the ground-floor waiting area. I will let you know when to come upstairs to the clinic room on the first floor.

Access information

Please note that there is no lift in the building and the Essential Osteopathy clinic room is on the first floor. The clinic is therefore not wheelchair accessible and buggies or prams cannot be taken upstairs.

If possible please avoid bringing a buggy or pram. If you do need to bring one please leave it on the ground floor to the right of the stairs tucked well in and clear of access.

Parking and public transport

There is plenty of metered on-street parking on Berkeley Street and parking is also available in the surrounding streets.

By train:
Charing Cross railway station is around a five-minute walk from the clinic.

By Subway:
St George’s Cross Subway station is around a ten-minute walk away.

By bus:
Several bus services stop very close to the clinic. The 4, 4A, 15, X76 and X77 stop around Charing Cross and the 3 and 77 stop around Granville Street. Both are only a short walk from 48 Berkeley Street.
